LOCATION: Our spacious apartment, which has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, pots and pans for cooking, and a bathroom and toilet that will be used only by the renter, is located on the street where many markets, pharmacies and stores are located, in the Taşkınköy district of Nicosia, very close to the Metropol Supermarket (200 meters).

TRANSPORTATION: All university student services including Nicosia and Kyrenia pass through Dr. Fazıl Küçük Boulevard is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. City minibuses pass through the street in front of the apartment every 10 minutes.

FLAT DETAILS: The building has two floors, the flat is on the second floor where families live. There is a picture of a building in the images.

*Cooling and heating are provided by a large air conditioner with 24 BTU power.

*There is also a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, pots, pans, kettle, washing machine, two single beds, a sofa bed, a desk, a dining table and two armchairs. There is a blanket, a duvet and winter linens.

*TELEVISION: With 42” HD TV Screen and TV Stick, television channels broadcasting via Youtube and if you have a Netflix membership, can be watched via internet in the flat.

*Free fast Wi-iFi

*Hot water for the bathroom: The water is heated by two solar panels belonging to the apartment on the roof. During the winter months, the electrical element in the thermally insulated boiler on the roof with a capacity of 160 liters of water brings the water to a temperature of 80 degrees in 1 hour.

You do not need to spend money on water transported by water tanker. With a 2-ton tank on the ground and a 1-ton tank on the roof, connected to the municipal line, there will never be a water problem.

At the entrance to the flat, there is a corridor (shoe rack visible in the pictures), bathroom and toilet to the right of the corridor, further down the corridor leads to the open living room and kitchen, the section where the beds are located next to the kitchen is separated from the living area by a 220 cm high seperate.
