Villa For Daily Rental Description

Two bedrooms are on the upper floor of our twin villa, one side of the large L-shaped room on the ground floor is the kitchen and the other side is the living room. There is a guest toilet downstairs, and a bathroom-toilet upstairs.

In the villa; refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron. In addition, there are pots, pans, plates, spoons, forks, knives, etc. for cooking and eating in the kitchen. Clean sheets, a bath and face towel are provided for each guest.

The villa has a place where maximum 4-5 adults and 2 children can sleep comfortably. A double bed (140x200) in the first bedroom, two single beds (80x200) in the second bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the saloon. The L-shaped sofa bed can also be separated from each other and used to sleep two people (one child and one adult).

Our twin villas have private gardens on three sides. In addition, the fact that the side and back garden is surrounded by walls and fences provides a safe area, especially for children.

It is possible to warm up in winter and cool down in summer with air conditioners in every room of the villa. In addition, there are two portable fans, and all of them have fly screens so that you can open the sliding windows and sliding balcony doors so that you can experience the coolness of the sea and mountain breeze.

The pool is 10 meters. x 5m. in size. The height of half of the pool is 70 cm deep, then it reaches a depth of 150 cm with a slope. With this aspect, it is suitable for non-swimmers and children.

Our shared pool, which can also be defined as a semi-private pool, is used together with the middle-aged house owner lady living alone in the other villa adjacent to our twin villa and our guests in our fully detached villa on the other side of the pool.

Available dates and prices: From June 22 to July 12, prices for 4 people including children: 17 nights=17000 Turkish liras. These prices are for 4 people including children. For the 5th person,1500 TL is added.

Since the pool is shared with only 2 villas, it cannot be rented to groups consisting of only men and young groups under 25 years old.
