We Ask TB Property Management Director Özgü Bayraktar and Tetik & Öztoprak Construction Director Alper Tetik

HangiEv.com Asks: This week's guest of our HangiEv.com program is TB Property Management Director Özgü Bayraktar and Tetik & Öztoprak Construction Director Alper Tetik. Mr. Özgü, your company TB Property Management has been providing real estate management services since 2014. Can you tell us about the process you have gone through from the establishment of your company to this time?

Özgü Bey: Yes, as you said, we started this journey as a family company established in 2014. Our mission in the sector is to manage the actual sales strategies of corporate construction companies. Therefore, I think that this sets us apart a little from other companies in the sector, and we continued on this path.

HangiEv.com Asks: What kind of services do you provide to your clients?

Mr. Özgü: We are together with one of our clients, Mr. Alper. In order to manage the sales strategies of Tetik & Öztoprak Construction, we manage their sales strategies both on social media, on the internet pages and in the agreements we have made with agencies. We try to reach as many audiences as we can, and we can report them together with the brand manager we host. We ensure that the product we have is not left for anyone to reach

HangiEv.com Asks: Mr. Alper, can you tell us a little bit about the Villa Vega and Villa Capella project that your company Tetik & Öztoprak Construction has reconstructed and that you are hosting us now?

Alper Bey: We have two projects called Vega and Capella in Nicosia Yenikent region. Concept Projects. We strive to make people more comfortable living spaces. We give our energy to its construction, we get support from Mr. Özgü for its sale. Özgü carries out our entire sales strategy together with his team.

HangiEv.com Asks: How did your cooperation start?

Mr. Özgü: Our collaboration with Tetik Öztoprak Construction actually started in a project he had done before. There was a service purchase from us again. Therefore, we talked about the possibility of working together again in future projects. But at this point, the demand for the sales strategy to be completely managed by us came, Mr. Alper. Responding to all customers who will come here, and contacting us directly by all agencies that will show interest… We tried to take that customer load off Mr. Alper. Therefore, one of the villas in our project has now been sold, and we are in the final stages of another one. It will be completed in about a month, and we hope to be together again in Alper Bey's new projects by bringing the Project to the secular and Property in a short time.

Alper Bey: It was a good collaboration. We have given all of our energy to the construction and details, since Özgü has undertaken the sale, we spend and use all of our energy in the construction and design of the construction.

HangiEv.com Asks: Will you have other projects together? Where are you planning to do your next project?

Alper Bey: There will be a continuation of these projects in Yenikent. We planned it together with Mr. Özgü. Likewise, we plan to continue with the same concept projects in one east and one west in Kyrenia.

Mr. Özgü: Here, we, as a company, do market analysis together with Mr. Alper and try to determine what the need is. Since the built villas are concept Villas , as you know, they appeal to people with high purchasing power. Therefore, we are trying to direct them to make the right Projects in the right location with exactly the need here. Of course, Alper Bey has serious differences in his construction experience as well, he makes different contributions here, and we tried to direct people as if you buy your white goods on your curtain and move into your house without needing to do anything else. Alper Bey tried to do exactly the same, especially with the 3D models, while he was explaining the Project , and he showed great sensitivity here. We were able to make it exactly the same, but after it was finished, we benefited from the virtual tour of Which Hangi Ev, video footage and drone footage. We will try to show people as much as we can.
