Southern North Cyprus openly says that it does not allow to buy real estate here, it is forbidden to buy real estate here and of course we see this as a problem. But when someone goes on holiday to Northern North Cyprus or once he comes here, he understands that there is no problem here. It is easy to buy real estate, the lifestyle is very nice, the weather and nature are very nice and the problem is solved here and people start to buy real estate lovingly.

HangiEv.com asks: Why should foreign investors prefer the Turkish Republic of Northern North Cyprus ?

Ms. Julia: The real estate market is on the rise in Northern North Cyprus right now. Prices are very high, prices are low compared to other countries and are constantly rising. When the foreign investor invests in real estate here, he understands that when he puts 100 Dollars; six months later he will earn $120. In the construction sector, there is at least 120 price rises when it enters the real estate during the construction phase and until the final phase. For him, this is a very good gain for investors. You can't make that much money in Europe. It's not that high. We are currently working with former Soviet Union countries. There is not that much profit there either. Investments made there are not guaranteed. When it comes here, it both secures it and makes a good profit in the future.
