We Ask the Marketing Manager of Cyprus Bridge Estate Moein Abolhasani

This week, HangiEv.com Soruyor hosts the marketing manager of Cyprus Bridge Estate Moein Abolhasani.

HangiEv.com Soruyor: What are you doing as a company and what sort of services do you provide to people all around the world?

Mr. Abolhasani: Thank you for having me first of all. As a company our services is for people all around the world. And what we do is to help people out to migrate, and invest in Cyprus either way the South Part or the North Part. And what we provide them in order to get the best investment chances and also to have a great life here because usually, people come here with their families. And of course, people have different goals, different purposes of coming here. But we try to give them the best situation and the best offers we can in order to invest in the property market or starting a new business. When they want to send their children to schools or having them in a Universities and we try our best to provide them the best services.

HangiEv.com Soruyor: You are mostly in the foreign market. In which counties do you get the most demand?

Mr. Abolhasani: As Iranian basically we have our most clients from my own country Iran. But we also work with different markets so of course we have clients from Britain, and Germany and of course the Scandinavians on that are coming more to Cyprus recently.

HangiEv.com Soruyor: You have portfolios from both South and North side of the Island. Could you please tell us a bit about your portfolios?

Mr. Abolhasani: As a company we always try to have the best portfolios because we have different clients from different Nations. So they have different backgrounds, they have different goals why they are coming here. So it's obvious we can't offer the same thing to everybody and that's why we need to have an expanded portfolio with Lands, with flats, with shops or anything else that in order to satisfy them and for them to get the best results of this moving or investing in Cyprus. So either way in the South part or in North part doesn't matter, we have a really big portfolio. Of course we have contracts with almost all the big developers in the country and plus that we have a lot of clients that asked us to sell their properties. So we are sole agents in lots of properties in the market.

HangiEv.com Soruyor: You have services in every stage of sales and after-sales. How can you manage to do it all at the same time?

Mr. Abolhasani: First of all, I want to explain something. As a company, we are always try to help people out. First goal of the company is to help people out. So if this helping thing ends up and happens to end up with closing a deal that's even better. But it's not our biggest ambition to just close the deal. When we have a client and when it comes to us we actually see how we can make a long-term relationship with this client, and how we can make their life easier and nicer. And this moving and/or investing in Cyprus gonna be a great move for them. So that's our first ambition. In order to help them out of course they’re going to get the best consoles, and ofcourse we are going to be with them all the way through this process. As I said people have different goals and different purposes so they have different demands in order to satisfy these demands we have different departments. So when they come here it's not just closing the deal. At least it's not just about purchasing a property, it's about residence permit, it's about their children want to go to school, and the enrollment with that, and it's about a lot of questions they have… So we have different departments to take it off different demands they have. For example we have specific departments with the expert team, and that does the design job, if they want design home that's what we are here. And a lot of other things. So we give them packages they can choose if they want. If they don't, no problem. And they can choose from the packages so we offered different services in different stages after sales. So all this process, we actually work them through this process and we are going to be with them all the way.

HangiEv.com Soruyor: Your company foundation goes back to Iran. How did you end up in North Cyprus?

Mr. Abolhasani: I'm born and raised in Iran. I'm a civil engineer but I've worked with sales almost for whole my life. My career I worked a lot with sales. and also I work for really short time in my own country with real estate too. But I was working with some other part of sales. I was here in North Cyprus a couple of years ago then I move to Sweden and I lived there for a couple of years. I came back here and the reason here is a place to live in, the reason here is a great destination for people from anywhere in the world is that here is beautiful. It's so safe, great weather, no air pollution, good medical care, and great education system and of course, if we look at it at economic-wise is a great investment chance. And you see the property market is growing like no tomorrow and it's exploding basically. And anybody who has invested here hasn't regretted it at least yet. because the property market is growing and besides that you have a safe place to live for you and your family and nothing is more important than this.
