Ms. Burcu: I have my signature on most of the large-scale works on the island. I have been in the real estate industry for almost 10 years, but I have an important investor profile that comes from my stock market background and grows. Yes, we provide 30 hours of real estate training open to everyone every year and we give a certificate approved by the Ministry of Education to our friends who are successful in the training. A real estate agent must be able to conduct regional studies, feasibility studies, and even have knowledge of real estate law and accounting... Our job is a job that requires both numerical and verbal equipment, knowledge and balance. For this reason, we open our doors to our Property Agent friends in the market and our friends who want to do this profession every year in September. We detail all the sub-headings you need to know in real estate, starting with the introduction to the real estate and regional study, material information, map reading, feasibility and law to accounting.
