HangiEv.com asks: As Goldmark Estates, we see you at international fairs. How productive are international fairs for you?

Osman Bey: Yes, we have been participating in international fairs in this sector for a long time. We organize not only fairs, but also seminars from abroad. Therefore, we maintain many contacts with agencies and customers at these international fairs. Later, we bring and host the customers and agencies we meet here in North Cyprus, again through our own agencies. Then we show the real estate here. Therefore, at this point, we call our company the gateway of Northern North Cyprus to abroad. Because we have participated in seminars and fairs in more than fifty cities so far.

HangiEv.com asks: What kind of obstacles and questions do you face about North Cyprus in the foreign market?

Osman Bey: Due to the position of our island in the foreign market, we encounter many problems. In particular, we experienced that the Greek part of Southern North Cyprus caused some difficulties here. In some countries, these even went as far as removing us from the fair. We were under such pressures. Of course, what needs to be done here is that our state also supports us. The fact that the Ministry of Tourism has real estate companies like us with them when they enter the fairs. Therefore, we had problems with such propaganda branches abroad. Also, of course, the problems we have with the foreigners' purchasing process and the prolongation of the process put us in a lot of trouble in foreign markets. Because our competitors are there; While we advertise "Come and get the title deed in one day, the title deed in three days"; "Come and take it, but your leave comes out in six months, your leave comes out in seven months." Therefore, these are the things that set us back at this point.

HangiEv.com asks: Osman Bey, as Goldmark Estates, you have a large staff. Which markets do you access with your staff?

Osman Bey: Currently, we have about 6 Russian-speaking personnel. Again, we have more than 10 Turkish-speaking and English-speaking staff. We have Iranian personnel. We have Scandinavian staff. There is a German. Therefore, we are actually an international company. And we are actively working in all these markets. Apart from these, we market real estate to many countries. But at the moment, we have registered personnel from these countries within our body.

HangiEv.com asks: You take care to promote North Cyprus in all organizations. Which countries do you get interaction from the most during these organizations?

Osman Bey: Yes, we are promoting Northern North Cyprus in many organizations. These promotions continue not only in the organization but also over the internet. Especially due to the recent war between Ukraine and Russia; We receive a serious demand from those regions. We also receive a serious demand from Russia. Apart from that, there has been a serious German interest in our island lately. And again, foreign customers from many countries of the world come and prefer, but to list the main ones, customers from Russian-speaking countries, Iranian customers, Germans and Turkish customers from Europe are concentrated.

HangiEv.com asks: Osman Bey, as Goldmark Estates, we see your expertise in Project marketing. What is the reason for this choice?

Osman Bey: I used to be a senior manager in a private company that we worked for before, you know, together with me and my partner Mr. Erman. Therefore, the system we saw and installed there was more about Project marketing. When we decided to establish Goldmark, we had to chart a path for ourselves. And we chose the way we know best, here we went to Project marketing. Therefore, we still have Land, field or second-hand in our structure. But our main focus is Project marketing. We have been involved in many projects from the very beginning. We provide consultancy to companies from their zoning to their three-dimensional drawings, and then there are many Project that we undertake to market. Therefore, at this point where we developed ourselves, we continue on our way.
