Mr. Erkan: If our domestic customers do not have foreign currency income or if they will not borrow in the short term; We never direct you to debit in foreign currency. The reason for this is that; Since our income is in Turkish Lira and interest rates are constantly changing, people are faced with payment terms other than what they planned after a while and they may fall into this problem. Here, we are trying to ensure that they do not fall into such troubles by warning our customers and directing them to debit them in Turkish Lira.

Erkan Bey: The land issue is one of the most important elements that can be evaluated in terms of investment in the island countries. In general, we direct our customers to investments that can get a rapid return in the shortest, medium and long-term, after the purchase of what we call hereditary property throughout the island. HangiEv.com asks: What can the government and banks do for unsold houses? Can there be a solution to this?

Erkan Bey: Today, it has become almost impossible for our local citizens to buy Property . The state can sell unfinished constructions or unsold constructions to our youth with a system such as the mortgage system, by making an agreement with the banks, by taking them under the scope of social Property in order to benefit our young people who are TRNC citizens but do not have a home. This both relaxes the market and can provide a great advantage to our young people.
