Emil, can you tell us a little bit about yourself as the Invest Dom family?

Hello, we have been in North Cyprus for about 12 years. We have 7 years of real estate experience in North Cyprus. I worked in one of the biggest construction companies in North Cyprus. We have approximately 5 and a half 6 years of experience in a construction company, and now we continue our own activities in our own company.

As Invest Dom, in which countries do you work more with your international connections?

As Invest Dom, the countries we work abroad are mostly Ukraine Russia Kazakhstan Iran Lithuania. By going to Lithuania, we are now open to the European market, and we are working on discovering new countries. About three or four months ago, with the attention of people to North Cyprus in our European tour, we are now thinking of opening up to Europe, that is, we started from Lithuania and now Germany, the Netherlands and other countries are next. Apart from this, there is a great demand from Turkey in North Cyprus in the last 2 months, so we are working in the Turkish market.

Mr. Emil, why do foreign customers prefer you?

At Invest Dom, we have consultants who speak Turkish, Persian, Russian, Ukrainian, Slovak, Azerbaijani, I can name a few more languages. One of the biggest reasons is that we talk to these customers in their own language.

Why should foreign investors prefer the Turkish Republic of Northern North Cyprus ?

One of the biggest reasons is price. Because I am taking an example in the Greek side, there is a huge difference between the prices in the northern part at the moment. Apart from that, we can compare them with the prices in Europe. Due to this price difference in a country where the sea is present and a country where the sun is abundant, people are now coming to North Cyprus slowly and the demand is starting to rise day by day. When we compare it with the Greek side, for example, there is a price difference of at least 5 times between the prices here and the prices in the Greek side. I am giving an example here, let's say the Long Beach region in an investment region, when we make an investment of 100,000 pounds from there, when you go to a region on the same Greek side, if you go to a seaside region and want to invest there, the prices there are at least 500, 600 thousand pounds. In fact, the numbers in the sea coast regions are now talking millions. We believe that at the moment we are talking about prices of 100 thousand pounds and 150 thousand pounds, in order to invest in this region, our prices will at least approach these prices after 3-4 years. Apart from this, we can also compare prices with European countries, not only that we compared the Greek side, that is, the Greek side, since it is the closest region. Investors know the prices in Europe very well. In European countries, the sea season, namely the summer season, is a North Cyprus of 2 months and 3 months.

What kind of obstacles do you encounter in the foreign market regarding North Cyprus ?

As an obstacle, one of the most frequently asked questions so far is that people come here, investors, etc., they are presented well, everything is shown, they like everything. It's good, but in the end, a question is asked about the recognition of Northern North Cyprus. At the moment, we cannot give a clear answer regarding the recognition of Northern North Cyprus. In the future, we hope that it will be recognized by the countries of the world, and with this recognition, major obstacles will be removed.

Because right now, I'm kicking out of other countries, people who want to come here by not using the Greek side, they come by transfer, or they come to North Cyprus by passing through these cities via Ankara via Istanbul, that is, by connecting. In other words, after the recognition of Northern North Cyprus , we will no longer have such obstacles. Apart from that, let's say you bought a property, let's say you bought a Property . It is too late for the permits to be issued, so people wait for months. If these periods are shortened, it will be a huge plus for Northern North Cyprus .
