Ms. Binnur: First of all, I would like to welcome you. Although it is a new formation, let's say that it has made a name for itself so fast. Because our sector is the same sector, the real estate market is clear. Of course, there is also the difference that our customers prefer us because we are very sensitive about security and honesty. When it comes to our other services, of course, we do not think of it as just a sale. When we say "Investment", our consultancy and after-sales services. In other words, when someone wants to buy a Land at work, why will he buy the land, will the investment be just for investment or will he make a Property ? If he is going to build a Property , we also offer the service in the next stages. Will he buy a real estate, will he buy it for For Rent ? If it is for For Rent , we also have decoration service, we also have design service. We have a turnkey service for decoration purposes, completely based on taste and furnishing. HangiEv.com asks: Ms. Binnur, as you know, construction costs have increased by about thirty percent in the last period. How will this affect selling prices in North Cyprus?

Ms. Binnur: Costs did not increase only in construction. Therefore, it increased in every sector. Basic needs have also increased. Of course, it affects the construction companies quite a lot in the construction industry. Maybe it can increase the prices of real estates a bit, but let's say we have an advantage. Every situation has its advantages and disadvantages. Since we shop here in sterling and our prices and sales are based on sterling, we can put 50,000 or 150,000 houses on sale for 50,000 - 150,000 in this business. This not only affected us but also the construction companies more. They are having trouble with that. The outbreak of war already affects us all very much.

HangiEv.com asks: In which areas do you collect portfolios the most as BD Investment?

Ms. Binnur: Actually, we have all portfolios in terms of real estate, that is, investment. As I said, this can be an investment Land . He may want to build his own private Property . He may want a ready-made Property . We are in every kind of investment. But mostly it was by coincidence that I turned to the Land, the land, the room, the land, the land. I go out on the weekends and go from village to village. I'll be with the villagers, I'll find the owners. But I also enjoy doing it. Hard work; It is always more efficient. Ms. Binnur: As I have just mentioned, I started this as collecting a portfolio as if it were an obligation, but it is not difficult at all, it is not difficult at all, it is very enjoyable when it comes to hiking mountains - slopes, visiting nature, drinking coffee with the villagers, meeting people, having a very pleasant conversation - conversation. I love to travel, I spend my weekends. I focus on my customers during the week. At the weekend, I focus on portfolio holders. It's very enjoyable. In fact, sometimes I take my daughter with me, I spend time with my daughter, we both get some air together and we collect a portfolio. Since we do this with pleasure in this way, there is no problem as we tour the whole island. We dominate the whole island.

HangiEv.com asks: How will the Ukraine-Russia crisis affect the real estate market in North Cyprus?

Ms. Binnur: As in every crisis, we can turn this war to our advantage. We can turn this into an advantage when we consider it in terms of health and safety, by squeezing it from some parts, that is, from a certain level, and using the advantages of an island country with our special promotions, advertisements, alternatives and options. It is one of the biggest advantages of the island country. We survived a pandemic. We can say that we have become the country that survived the pandemic in the lightest way. Although we are not known; nevertheless, we entered the lists and took our place as the most reliable country. It is the same in war. This place is perfectly safe; because we have investment-safe, financially-safe, sterling-based purchases. Here, with a very good promotion and a very good advertisement, we can direct the people in need and those who want to escape, their investments here as a safe and healthy island.

HangiEv.com asks: How do you think the real estate market will be in North Cyprus in the future and do you have anything you want to say to investors?

Ms. Binnur: Soil never loses. I can't say the same thing in terms of Villa, Apartment , real estate. But in the sense of Land , land; land always, always wins in every sense. I hope our investors know the value of Land and lands both in terms of cultivating our land and in terms of long-term investment. Because the land is different. Even an inch of land is very, very valuable. We can plant, we can build a Property , we can plant trees, we can do anything. Therefore, I do not want to tell our investors as just buying a Property , we can evaluate the land in every sense.

Ms. Binnur: Recently, the demands that I have received are as follows; Many people are trying to give up their flat and move to a house with a garden. People are running away from crowded places, trying to escape. As I just mentioned, he is trying to own an inch of land. I have a hard time keeping up with these demands. While I have many Apartment portfolios, many people are in trouble for a Property with a garden, whether it is small, old or an inch. He tries to escape from the noise and away from the city center to be safe. In this regard, I am calling out to construction companies. There is a separate segment where we can offer our villa, but we also have another segment; It may be smaller, it may be simpler, it may be plain, it may be more economical, but I will advise them to turn to our houses with gardens.
