HangiEv.com : Mr. Serdar, what do you, as Anadolu İnşaat, pay attention to when creating your projects?

Serdar Bey: Actually, we have been an Ankara-based construction company since 1967. We are the third generation. It's a process that has come down to my grandfather, my father, and us. Many Property and commercial buildings have been successfully completed in Ankara. One of our ongoing projects, which is actually named after a region in North Cyprus, is about to be completed. 1+1 with approximately 185 residences. As Anadolu İnşaat, we first evaluate the demands of the region in our existing projects. In this region, our project design studies continue according to the demands that are progressing.

Which HangiEv.com : What types of Projects are at the forefront for investors in the current period?

Mr. Serdar: At the moment, I still think that the prices for the North Cyprus market are still ideal and suitable for both the Turkish market and the European market. Therefore, the distance to be covered in both Villa projects and Property projects is included in this process in terms of price, that is, prices have entered an increasing trend. Therefore, the 1+1, 2+1 units that can be purchased are for rental purposes, and there is a huge demand for them right now. There may be investments in these. At the same time, as I said, all real estate purchased makes a serious premium.

HangiEv.com : Can you tell us a little about your upcoming projects?

Serdar Bey: We have the Locus Edremit project in Kyrenia , which is currently underway, it consists of approximately 21 villas. Serdar Bey: So it is definitely a safe harbor. There are advantages that come with the disadvantages of not being recognized here. Firstly, Land costs are much lower than both the South side and Turkey, therefore. However, the construction costs are slightly higher with customs and so on. The shortage of qualified personnel is a general problem faced by construction companies. But still, it is an area where investors can make very serious profits in the long term, not too long, but in the medium term. After all, the most limited thing here is land. So this is an island. Therefore, we think that prices will continue to rise. In terms of rent transformation, it has become a region with a much shorter term transformation compared to other regions. Therefore, it is a very advantageous area for investors.

Which HangiEv.com : What percentage of your sales are Cypriots and what percentage are foreign citizens?

Mr. Serdar: Actually, the answer to the question is as follows, it is a situation related to the regions we are doing. Now, when we take the Nicosia region as a base, there are investors in the Nicosia region, around 30 percent Cypriots, 30-35 percent Turkish citizens, 35-40 percent, and of course, students. Apart from that, when we take the Kyrenia region as a base, when we take the natural currency in the Kyrenia region as a base, and the natural currency in the Kyrenia region has also increased very seriously, it has now turned into almost 70 percent foreign investors in weight. We can say that about 30 percent of our Turkish citizens buy it.
